Pool Bar Update & Common Area Work Contract Signed


From the LLC

Dear Owners,

I understand there has been some discussion on the Yahoo Group regarding the status of the Pool Bar.

It is true that the LLC has voted to accept the bid for the Pool Bar lease from Arthur and Soumaya Collymore, and we are all excited about this prospect. However, we have been this route before. Please keep in mind that the lease has yet to be signed. Once the lease is signed, owners will be notified and kept apprized of the progress.

I would also like to note that a contract has been singed with Kraus-Manning to begin the process of outlining the path for revitalization of the common areas. Each individual Association has their own plans for upgrades but each will be very involved in what happens in the common areas as well. The LLC will also keep you up to date on this activity as well.
