This open letter to owners is from the Hamm and Barry who represent Hilltop Villas 1 and 2, Hilltop 3, and Villas 1. You are encoraged to consider this letter as well as others when deciding who to vote for in the upcoming election.

For those who have not received their proxies, there is an option available to you. If you feel confident that the current Board of Hilltop 1 and 2 have served your best interests, you can assign your proxy to Ira Frank, president of Hilltop 1 and 2. Go to:
