The annual owners meeting will be held on Saturday October 18, 2003 in Hartford, CT at the Hastings Hotel. The Hastings Hotel agreed to honor the $79 per night room rate for the 16th, 17th and 18th of October. You may call at any time now and let them know you are with the "St. Thomas Board Meeting" group. The phone number to the Hastings is (860) 727-4200. The Boards hope that the Saturday meeting will allow more owners to attend. See you all there!
