LEGAL DOCUMENTS: complaints vs. Fairfield

These are the current complaints against Fairfield Resorts. As most are aware, Fairfield has refused to arbitrate or mediate thus the lawsuits must move forward. Sadly, Fairfield believes that the current owners that serve the Boards do not want to settle. This is completely wrong and the owners that serve the Boards that were elected with owner votes (not Fairfield votes) are more than willing to discuss matters.
