SPM RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM: now available online

ATTENTION OWNERS

Are you planning on trying to rent your unit?

If you would like SPM to do so, please download the rental agreement that is now available online.

PLEASE NOTE: there are NO GUARANTEES that your unit will be rented. You must check to see for yourself. If you are a member of RCI (like I am), you can withdraw your rental and bank your week accordingly through RCI. I allowed SPM the chance to rent my unit but determined that it was NOT going to rent for the full week, thus I withdrew my rental and deposited the week into the RCI spacebank.

REMEMBER- it is up to YOU (THE OWNER) to follow up.
